Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Because many of our pieces are made to order, occasional peak periods may add 1–2 days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Complimentary Express Shipping is included on all orders, worldwide.
United States: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Canada & Europe: typically 5–9 business days.
Rest of the world: typically 7–14 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed; transit times may vary during holidays or due to customs.

Every shipment is fully tracked and insured against loss or damage in transit at no extra cost. Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your parcel to your door.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect can be reshipped at an additional shipping cost.
